Richard Rees, the director, is a registered Building Practitioner and has over 20 years of sound structural engineering experience in many varied Residential, Commercial and Institutional projects.

Richard is valued for his ability to take a project from concept to full design, sound building knowledge, and attention to practical detail. Whilst task focused, Richard understands the importance of nurturing client relationships and acts to support other team members to ensure good project outcomes. He values efficiency and high standards and implements what is necessary for success.

Extensive experience in:

• Steel, timber, reinforced concrete and masonry the design and detailing to latest Australian Standards.
• Residential developments – new dwellings, extensions and alterations.
• Site investigation and construction analysis, including Structural Condition Reports on cracked buildings .
• Communication and engagement – Develops strong and effective working relationships with clients, architects, multidisciplinary engineers and builders.
